PropertyU Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy describes how PropertyU collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects information about you. Your use of PropertyU constitutes your consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information, as set forth in the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the terms of the Privacy Policy your sole remedy is to discontinue use of PropertyU. PropertyU, in its sole discretion, may alter or amend the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy at any time. You should periodically review the Privacy Policy to ensure that you are aware of its terms.


PropertyU may collect the following information:

  1. Your full name, email address, physical contact information, shipping, billing and other information you provide to purchase or ship an item;
  2. Transactional information based on your activities on the PropertyU website;
  3. Information that you post to the PropertyU website or otherwise transmit to PropertyU (you should not post information to the PropertyU website that you intend to keep private);
  4. Tracking information provided by Google Analytics;
  5. Other information from your interaction with the PropertyU website, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the website, IP address, timestamps, and standard web log information;
  6. Additional information PropertyU requires you to submit to authenticate yourself or if we believe you are violating site policies; and
  7. Information from third parties.
  8. PropertyU does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13, and if PropertyU becomes aware that a posting is by a person under the age of 13, PropertyU will remove the post.

All postings to the PropertyU website and PropertyU weblogs may be stored in a database and archived, even after those items have been deleted for viewing by the general public on the PropertyU website.


The PropertyU website, including anything you post to the PropertyU website, is available for archiving by search engines and other websites that have no relationship with PropertyU.


PropertyU may use your information to:

  1. Improve the PropertyU website, resolve problems with the PropertyU website; and provide customer support;
  2. Collect fees;
  3. Customize PropertyU banner ads or other advertisements;
  4. Send marketing communications to you or provide information about you to third parties, unless you "opt-out";

  5. Participate in marketing or referral arrangements with other websites;
  6. Enforce the PropertyU Terms of Use and other policies and prevent prohibited or illegal activities or activities that appear to be prohibited or illegal; and
  7. Inform you of PropertyU features, updates, and postings.

PropertyU may disclose any information about you if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. PropertyU may disclose any information about you to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce the PropertyU Terms of Use or any other policy; to respond to claims that any posting or content violates the rights of third-parties; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PropertyU, its users, or the general public.


PropertyU does not store credit card information. PropertyU users will either provide their credit card information directly to a third-party, or PropertyU will transmit credit card information to a financial gateway. PropertyU will use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate to protect the security of payment information during transmission.
PropertyU password-protects user account access and associated user information. You should not disclose your password to anyone. You are responsible for all activity from your user account. If your password is compromised you should immediately notify PropertyU and change your password. PropertyU uses webserver authentication for access to PropertyU user accounts.


PropertyU or users of PropertyU may post links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. PropertyU is not affiliated with those websites and is not responsible for and does not any control over, the privacy policies of those websites. You should read the privacy policies of all websites you visit. Any information you disclose to any third party is not covered by this Privacy Policy.


International users agree that PropertyU may use information collected in connection with their use of PropertyU in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including transmitting the information outside of the home jurisdiction of such users. Such information may be stored on servers located in the United States. International users agree that by providing their information to PropertyU they consent to the transfer of such information.
